Mrs. Nancy P. Keneston, 85, of Priddle Point Ext., Gloversville, NY, passed away on November 11, 2024, at Saratoga Hospital following a brief illness.
Mrs. Keneston was born on September 13, 1939, the daughter of Ralph J and Merian Madison Paul.
She graduated from Fort Plain High School and then attended Boston School of Art, where she obtained a degree in Architectural drawing and drafting.
For over 30 years, she was a certified kitchen and bathroom designer, working for Treher & Jung of Gloversville, Belview Builders, Capital District Supply of Albany and Saratoga, Tabor Lumber, and Home Depot of Amsterdam until her retirement.
Nancy was of Lutheran faith, a member of the Eastern Star, and enjoyed cooking, gardening, traveling, time with friends and family around Great Sacandaga Lake, being a mother, and, most of all, being a grandmother.
She was predeceased in death by her parents and her younger sister, Joan Joyce.
Survivors include her son Mark G. Keneston and his wife Leigh, their son Brody; son Scott M. Keneston and his children Madison and Jaydon, and Scott's girlfriend Sara; and her three boys Levi, Gunnar, and Coleher; nieces Julieanne Littrell, her son Barry and daughter Brittany; and Susan Fredericks and her husband Noel, and their daughters Emily and Ava; and cousins.
The family will be hosting a celebration of life for Nancy at the Johnstown Holiday Inn, 308 N Comrie Ave, Johnstown, NY 12095, from 10:00 am-12:00 Noon on Wednesday, November 27, 2024. Burial will follow at Rural Park Cemetery, Inghams Mills, NY, at 1:00 PM.
