Mrs. Gertrude E. Whelan, 70, of West Grand Street, Palatine Bridge, NY died, Friday morning, January 8, 2010 at her home.
Born on August 17, 1939 in Seacliff, LI, NY, she was the daughter of Joseph Whelan and Gertrude Murrey. She had resided in the local area since 1995.
Mrs. Whelan was of Catholic faith.
She is survived by her daughters, Dawn R. Crawford of Amsterdam, NY, Charlotte V. Young of Palatine Bridge, NY; son, Joseph P. Crawford, Jr. of Long Island, NY; sister, Marie Goulart of Dunbury, CT; 9 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren
