Obituary of Faith Ann Borst

Mrs. Faith Ann Borst, 59, of State Highway 10, Fort Plain, NY, died on March 16th, 2024, at St. Mary's Healthcare, in Amsterdam, NY, surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Amsterdam, NY, and was the daughter of Gordon and Norma Jean Rice Borst; both predeceased her.
Faith Ann attended Fort Plain schools and was of the Christian faith. She lived her entire life in the local area. Most recently, she was employed by SLA of Gloversville, NY, where she was employed as a truck driver. She spent most of her working years as a truck driver. She enjoyed doing jobs that involved over-the-road trips and would seek out those jobs while she was working.
She was a loving mother and grandmother, which were her greatest joys. She also enjoyed knitting and crocheting.
Survivors include her children, Charity Schuyler, Darrell Reeder, Kayla Jones, and Steven Jones, Jr.; grandchildren, Jeremiah, Jorge, Ariella, Elijah, Issac, Rafael, Quinn, Devon, Conner, David, Isabelle, and Michaela; six siblings; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Cremation arrangements are entrusted to Houghtaling and Hanley Funeral Home, 20 Otsego Street, Canajoharie, NY 13317.
The family will be hosting a celebration of Faith Ann's life at a later date, it will be announced.
