Alyssa Marie Paratore, 27years old
beloved daughter, sister, granddaughter niece and friend……best friend
Alyssa was born Wednesday August 17, 1994 in Amsterdam NY @ 1:54 pm. She lived in Palatine Bridge her whole life, graduating from Canajoharie High School in 2012. Alyssa attended SUNY Alfred where she was a sister of the Delta Chi Omega Sorority, and went on to work at NBT Bank, and the NYS Unified Court System.
Alyssa was a loving empathetic compassionate person, having the ability to take the perspective of and feel the emotions of another person and with those feelings had the desire to help anyone or anything in need or hurting; taking those feelings and putting them above her own feelings, needs or wants. She loved to be silly and had the most beautiful smile that could light up your soul and make any cloudy day bright.
The relationship Alyssa shared with her brother Jared was like no other. They were best friends and would go to each other for anything and everything. Some of her friends even called them a package deal because anywhere she would go she wanted to bring him with her. He became
her circle of friends “shared brother”. They shared beloved memories such as making silly youtube videos, making our cats “dance” to songs, all the way to putting a dent in her car. They were always there and covered for each other having the other’s back so neither of them would get into trouble. They laughed as loud as they could and never stopped loving each other. Not a day will go by where he doesn’t think of his sister and best friend, Alyssa.
Alyssa was an animal lover to the extreme, any and all animals……but if you knew her best, you know she loved her kitties!!! She loved listening to music & loved just hanging out and watching movies. She just loved spending time with those she loved. She wouldn't hang up from even the shortest call without saying I love you!!
She is preceded in death by her great grandparents Arthur & Genevieve Williams and Marguerite Hayes. Paternal grandparents Joseph and Jane Paratore and Patricia Millson. Alyssa leaves behind her parents Tracy Paratore and Daniel Nunez and brother Jared. Joseph and Heather Paratore, Jillian and Preston. Her grandparents “meem and peep” Katherine and Robert Williams and Uncle “Binkle Bobby” Bob and Jen Williams. Her Aunt Barbara (Glen) Marzan and Isabella and Aunt Denise(Eric) Nunez. Her Aunts Lisa(Toni) Paratore, Michelle(Marty) Smith, Debbie(Jonathan)Paratore, Uncle Brian Paratore, cousins Ava, Antonio, Parker, Harper and Lee. Many great aunts, uncles, cousins and friends; too numerous to count!!
Too often thinking of others but rarely of herself, Alyssa she would be heartbroken and concerned for all of us who have lost her. Alyssa would want us when thinking of her in the coming days to celebrate the good memories, inside jokes and special moments we all have shared with her.
We know Alyssa was met and is in the arms of her Great Grandma and Grandpa and is right now holding her “big girl” kitty Chloe.
…………We love and miss you so much, my daughter and best friend.
