Mrs. Rose M. Denucci, 82, of Douglas Street, Fort Plain, New York passed away January 29, 2021 at her home, following a long illness.
Born on May 22, 1938 in Town of Mooers, Clinton City, NY, she was the daughter of Ernest P. Barnaby and Delia Houle Barnaby. She had been a resident of Fort Plain for the past 9 years, previously residing in Gloversville.
She was a machinist for Southco Simmons Fastners in Menands, NY from July 2, 1979 until her retirement on March 31, 1998.
She was of catholic faith.
Mrs. Denucci enjoyed crocheting and she was very creative with crafts. She loved playing BINGO.
Her daughters, Tammy, Rosita; sister, Doris Bennett; and lifelong friend, Floyd Boice predeceased her.
Mrs. Denucci is survived by her daughters, Davia Handy, Deborah Welter; grandchildren, Samantha LaFleur, Dayton Handy, Gregory Steven Welter, Sarah Gloriso; great-grandchildren, Jessie J. Tomlinson, Jr., Jessica Gloriso.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
