Obituary of Jane Freda Herringshaw

Mrs. Jane F. Herringshaw, 63, of Trailer Street, Palatine Bridge, New York died Monday, November 23, 2020 after a long battle against cancer. Born on January 18, 1957 in Little Falls, NY, she was the daughter of George Henry Herringshaw and Reba Madge Mosher. She attended Fort Plain Schools. Jane attended Salem United Methodist Church. She loved spending time with her family and cherished her children. She enjoyed crocheting and cooking. Her sister, Bonnie Summers; and brothers, George Herringshaw, and Melton “Bud” Herringshaw predeceased her. Jane is survived by her soul partner, Christopher Lamphere; children, Tracy and Jason Peterson, Renee Ross, Ray Ross, II; siblings, Leona Hazzard, Roger Herringshaw, Donald (Tracey) Herringshaw, Mildred Herringshaw, Eugene Herringshaw, Charles Herringshaw; 9 grandchildren, Brent, Jayden, Kayden, Dakota, Lanae, Ryan Jr., Ray Ross III, Amanda Chelsea Ross, Austin Ross; 2 great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, and cousins. Services will be held at a later date. Contributions in memory of Jane Herringshaw may be made to your local area animal shelter or to a cancer fund.
