Obituary of Lisa Ann Kadur

Mrs. Lisa Ann Kadur, 56, of Carlisle Road, Sprakers, New York died, June 26, 2016 at her home, with her husband by her side. Born on December 10, 1959 in Amsterdam, NY, she was the daughter of Everett R. Shunk and Vivian Woodbeck Shunk. She attended Canajoharie High School, and was a lifetime area resident. Most recently Mrs. Kadur worked for Marchand Manor in Sharon Springs as a Secretary. She had also worked for Sisters' Diner. She was of Lutheran faith. Mrs. Kadur loved spending time with her family and friends. On September 28, 1985 at St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Fort Plain, Lisa was married to Paul Kadur, Jr. Her parents and sister, Bonnie Leach predeceased her. Lisa is survived by her husband, Paul Kadur, Jr. of Sprakers, NY; daughter, Danielle Marie Kadur and Scott Stack of Fort Plain, NY; 3 sisters, Betty Pessolano and Kenneth of Sharon Springs, NY, Linda Ruszkowski and Charles of Fort Plain, NY, Tina Dalmata and Tim of Ames, NY; brother-in-law, Albert Leach, of Gloversville, NY; aunt, Sally Miller of Sammonsville, NY; several nieces, nephews, cousins, great-nieces, and great-nephews. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, July 5, 2016 at 11:00AM at Ames Cemetery. The family will receive relatives and friends on Friday, July 1, 2016 from 2:00-4:00 & 6:00-8:00PM at The Chapel of Houghtaling & Smith Funeral Home, Inc., 20 Otsego Street, Canajoharie, NY 13317. In lieu of flowers a contribution in memory of Mrs. Lisa A.
