Dr. Charles R. Conrad, 75, died on April 2, 2019. He was born in Johnson City, NY on March 19, 1944. Most of his life as a veterinarian was spent in Fort Plain, NY. Chuck and his wife Ethel, moved to Cleveland, TN in November 2016.
The family will receive friends at Cornerstone Baptist Church in Ames, NY on Sunday June 2, 2019 from 2-4pm. A celebration of Chuck’s life will be held at 4pm following the visitation.

Local arrangements are under the care of Gray-Houghtaling and Smith Funeral Home, 34 Center Street, Fort Plain, NY 13339.
