Nancy E. Holtz, 72, of Gloversville, NY, passed away on April 24, 2026, following a brief illness. 

She was born on February 15, 1954, the daughter of Harold J. and Gladys J. Honkey Holtz. 

In 1972, she graduated from Canajoharie High School.

Until recently, she had worked at Power Logistics in Johnstown, NY.  Before that, she had worked at MCA Records and Lifesavers.

For the past 30 years, she had lived in Gloversville, NY. Before that, she had lived in Palatine Bridge.

She was of the Lutheran faith and enjoyed her plants, hummingbirds, and Christmas decorations, and always looked forward to spending time with family, watching her family play sports, and spending time with her sisters. And riding motorcycles and snowmobiles with Duane.

She was predeceased by her parents, her brother Harold Paul Holtz, sister Catherine Wilder, and significant other Duane Yost. 

Survivors include her sons, Keith Blakeslee, Jr., and his wife Amy, Matthew Blakeslee, and his wife Michelle, Christopher Blakeslee and his wife Angelina, sisters Deborah Holtz and Donna Holtz; 9 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild; 2 nieces, 1 nephew, and several cousins. 

Arrangements are entrusted to Houghtaling and Hanley Funeral Home, 20 Otsego Street, Canajoharie, NY 13317.

The family will be celebrating Nancy's life privately and at their convenience.
