Obituary of Paul G. Blowers

Paul G. Blowers, 70, of Mayfield, NY, passed away on Saturday, November 29, 2025, at Albany Medical Center following an automobile accident.

Paul was born on January 7, 1955, in Gloversville, NY, to Nelson Blowers and Edith Mabel Podschelne Blowers. He was a graduate of Northville High School. Paul worked 30-plus years as a custodian for the Gloversville School System, where he got to know many of the students and faculty.

Paul was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed hunting, fishing, riding four-wheelers, and camping. But most of all, he enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren. 

In addition to his parents, Paul was predeceased by his son, Tony Blowers, and his siblings, Jerry, Jim, Dave, Darla, and Dawn. 

Survivors include his daughter, Katie (Matt) Kenna, three grandchildren, Aaron, Jorden, and Catalina, one great-granddaughter, Lilith, two brothers, Rod and Alan, and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Services will be announced at a later date by his family.
