Donald Loring Obituary
We are saddened to announce the passing of our father, Donald Loring, who left us peacefully on the morning of October 6, 2025. He was a dedicated truck driver for many years. He also served in the US Air Force.
He was predeceased by his beloved wife, Louise, his parents, Harry and Florence, his grandparents and his siblings, Albert, Walter, Rodney, Ednamae and Robert.
He is survived by his three children, Rebecca, Donald and Roberta, two siblings, David and Dorothy, along with five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews who brought him immense joy.
His memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
A graveside service will be held privately at the Ames Cemetery, Route 10, Ames, NY, with military honors.
Arrangements are under the direction of Houghtaling and Hanley Funeral Home, 20 Otsego Street, Canajoharie, NY 13317.
