Mrs. Carol A. Moore, 79, of Burton Street, Johnstown, NY passed away on January 20th, 2025, at Saratoga Hospital.

She was born on January 28, 1945, in Gloversville, NY, the daughter of Milton and Ethyle Davis Mraz.

She graduated from Johnstown City Schools, and FMCC with an associate degree.

She had worked at Helmont Mills, Palatine Dye, Busy Bee, Montgomery County DSS, and most recently, Hale Creek Correctional Facility where she was the principal account clerk typist.

She was of Methodist faith.

She was a member of the Johnstown Senior Center and the Class of 1962/63 Lunch Group. She also enjoyed card making, crocheting, spending time with her family and friends, and her cats and especially her dog, "Biscuit"

She is survived by her daughters Sherry Love, Michele, and her husband Richard Lasher; Sons Benjamin Moore and George Moore, Jr. and his wife Maribel; daughter Gail Avery; brother Joseph and his wife Sharon Mraz; grandchildren Jeromey Vogel, Joshua Kadur, Justin Kadur, Brittany Lasher, Azul Campoy, Diana Campoy, Antonio Campoy, Jace Avery, and Ella Avery; Niece Deborah Szabo; Nephew Todd Mraz; and 19 Great-Grandchildren.

The family will hold a celebration of life at a later date that will be announced.
